99.9% Of US Politicians Are Actual Psychopaths err’ Sociopaths? … Pandering, Pimping, Preening, and Posturing to the Powers that Be … no matter the cost to The Rule of Law and Good Governance.
Nor is there much of a difference between the havoc wreaked on innocent lives by uncaring, unfeeling, selfish, irresponsible, parasitic criminals and elected officials who lie to their constituents, trade political favors for campaign contributions, turn a blind eye to the wishes of the electorate, cheat taxpayers out of hard-earned dollars, favor the corporate elite, entrench the military industrial complex, and spare little thought for the impact their thoughtless actions and hastily passed legislation might have on defenseless citizens.
Which brings to mind Senator Orrin Hatch. Lest we forget, Hatch is the most powerful, political “Goodfella” in the Deep State’s Swamp.
Powers oft ebb and flow with aging. Now Hatch more than ever needs his handlers to help find the illusive and imaginary … eye glasses.
The Hatch machine operates like a well tuned Inc. and CIA front organization rolled into one … complete with all of the trappings. (Words underlined are links.)
Back in our military flying days of 1955-65, we encountered and were naively overawed that the CIA was embedded in Air America, Southern Air Transport, Evergreen Airways.
Abruptly enlightened since about the 1980s, we learned that Hatch’s Machine and any number of 3 letter agencies have been symbiotically seeded and embedded in murky Blackops and Psyops activities dripping and smearing their sleazy “Deep State” prints 
over the Globe … smeared over business, industry, education, religion, politics … all the demographics that one might conjure.
We offer and allege a case in point. Hatch is hooked at the hip with what appears to be his own personal, Skunk Works, “Policy Impact Communications (PIC)” … a Washington lobbying firm. Within that firm are operators and handlers who Hatch has worked with for his entire political and even adult life. Case in point is PIC CEO William Nixon who worked for Hatch during Hatch’s first run for the Senate. We add to that Nixon’s father William L. Nixon, PIC Director and a Hatch endorsed Immigration Judge, who served as a young man in the same Mormon mission area with Hatch and … “voila” … we have here a kinship … a family … a long standing family with DNA twisted, turned, intertwined and insinuated into politics, the Deep State, the Swamp, and the subversion of The Rule of Law and Good Governance.
Even more interesting and we allege far more controversial in this context is the likes of PIC Senior Adviser William V. Cowan and several others. Every Skunk Works needs an “Operator.” Bush had Richard Armitage. Reagan had Oliver North. The Russians have Putin. Tsar Nicholas had Rasputin. The Medicis had Machiavelli. Obama had the Clintons and the Clintons were the Skunks in their own Skunk Works. Nixon had his plumbers.
Hatch and PIC have William V. Cowan. Here are but a few of Cowan’s remarkable credentials:
- Retired USMC lieutenant colonel, a public speaker on matters of national security and terrorism, and a former contributor for the Fox News.
- Cowan has a graduate degree in computer science and is a member of Mensa.
- Known internationally for his expertise in planning and executing difficult and often dangerous counter terrorism, intelligence, and military special operations.
- Following the events of 9/11, Cowan was called on again by the government to support various clandestine, priority programs and operations overseas.
- One of his rescues, the 1990 rescue of American businessmen in Kuwait after Saddam Hussein had invaded that country, was the subject of a documentary where some secrets about his organization were revealed, such as the fact that organization operatives used fake passports issued by a man in Paris to enter countries where people were being held. This operation was conducted in combination with former CIA director Bill Colby. It also included him being part of a three-man team who secretly met with the Iranians at the request of the White House to lay the formal groundwork for the release of the Western hostages being held in Lebanon.
The roster of talent at PIC is similarly impressive and brings to mind and the forefront our postings “As for the Black Arts” and “Dancing with the Devil” wherein we share information about, “… the “Black Arts” in play along the way … truth flees and flits like fickle illusions through dark clouds of Cognitive Dissonance, Distortion, Psychological Warfare, Propaganda, Perception Management, Mind Manipulation, and Destabilization. They, the masters (Goodfellas) of these “Black Arts,” with “malice afore thought” and intent have subverted the rule of law and good governance.”
William V. Cowan is the quintessential, typical, prototypical, stereotypical, archetypal, classic, model, standard, stock, representative, ideal, consummate, exemplary, definitive, best, ultimate example of an OPERATOR. (See here the 8.11.18 blog posting for “William V. Cowan“)
Today we launch the first of our Hatch “Institutional Memories” of his inappropriate, shameful, scandalous and corrupt conduct.
We launch with “The Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI).” 
- Hatch, among other Senators, appears on a BCCI bribery list and is featured in this 7 minute video.
- BCCI … The Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) was an international bank founded in 1972. A decade after opening, BCCI had over 400 branches in 78 countries, and assets in excess of US$20 billion, making it the 7th largest private bank in the world.
- BCCI was also accused of opening accounts or laundering money for figures such as Saddam Hussein, Manuel Noriega, Hussain Mohammad Ershad, and Samuel Doe, and for criminal organizations such as the Medellin Cartel and Abu Nidal. Police and intelligence experts nicknamed BCCI the “Bank of Crooks and Criminals International” for its penchant for catering to customers who dealt in arms, drugs, and hot money.BCCI
- After extolling their virtues from the Senate floor, Hatch solicited a $10,000,000 loan
Essay ….
Policy Impact Communications (PIC) and William Nixon are the PR firm doing Propaganda and Psyops for innumerable clients around the Globe. PIC also serves as Skunk Works for Orrin Hatch. Utah Senator Orrin Hatch … The elephant in the room that no one is “truly” seeing or watching.
Smoothly, purposefully, quietly, and almost hypnotically, Orrin Hatch wields unlimited power and influence that comes from position … Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance arguably the most powerful committee in Government … President pro tempore of the Senate … 2nd most powerful in the Senate and 3rd in line to be President of the United States … and longevity … 40+ years.
Player, spectator, chess master Hatch is sub rosa over the board, under the board, and on all sides of the board. As for informants, moles, cutouts, back channels, and Deus ex machina in President Trump’s administration, take a longer look at Hatch. He works the whole stage and the audience like Puppeteer Edgar Bergen worked Charlie McCarthy and Mortimer Snerd.
In the “Bears Ears” dust-up, Hatch “played” (conned) President Trump like Bergen pulled strings on Charlie McCarthy and Mortimer Snerd.
Case in point, the Bears Ears land grab by Utah showcases the President and Utah’s “Goodfellas” in a “quid pro quo” huggin,’ salivatin’ and slobberin’ bash along with Hatch celebrating the reverted size and scope of the monument as pay back for Hatch’s “all in” over the President’s tax plan.
For more than 40 years, Hatch has insinuated himself into every stratum of society. He has packed the Federal Justice system with his nominees (Utah Example), and the legislature and other influence centers with his Moles, Proxies, Professionals, Quislings, Factotum, Toadies, Fawning Sycophants, and Goodfellas. He is a darling of the Mormon Church, and plays the media like a Concert Master plays “First Fiddle.”
There now surfaces ample evidence that Utah is but a minor mirror of what Hatch has accomplished in Washington. Hatch has managed to insert and insinuate himself by proxy creating cut outs, back channels and “back and forth channels” throughout. For example, recently disgraced wife beater and the President’s White House Staff Secretary Rob Porter was a likely Hatch plant and is a former Hatch employee. Hatch went out of his way to defend porter, vouch for his good character, and say he shouldn’t resign until Hatch saw that the “jig” was finally up.
Please look around Mr. President. There may be another Hatch skunk or two in your White House wood works.
For Star Trek fans, the following metaphor will resonate. It now dawns on us that another of Hatch’s Borg like characters has been planted in a strategic spot. Whether by subterfuge, stratagem or mutual agreement, Hatch the “Hive Master” has his man now planted in the middle of the Mueller team.
“Résistance is futile!”
Orrin Hatch & Robert Mueller share … from out of the Hatch camp and now firmly ensconced into the Mueller camp … press secretary and spokesman and Bountiful, Utah native Peter Carr. Carr can “cutout” for both camps and channel back and forth across the Washington Merry-go-Round with anonymity and impunity.
One must plant firmly in mind the history behind Hatch and Mueller who, we allege, like collegial heads of “States within a State” share notes, resources, channels, mutual admiration urges, and reams of plausible denials. Mueller in the 1990s did damage control in order to sidetrack the investigation and prosecution of, at the time, the most corrupt bank in the history of the World …The Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). Mueller’s misfeasance and complicity in the matter ultimately gave the BCCI compromised Senators and Congressmen who emerged on a “bribes list” a pass. Hatch narrowly escaped censure and/or prosecution for his scandalous conduct in the BCCI affair. Hatch eulogized Mueller in his confirmation hearing to become the FBI Director and praised/praises Mueller at every other opportunity thereafter.
History persuades that Hatch and Mueller have, “no Politics … no Party … no Ethics … no Position … no Nation … no God” and are in and of themselves Gods and Goodfellas of the Deep State. What is less or more to expect of Masters Dei ex Machina (Gods in the Machine) … the indomitable Senator Orrin Hatch and his doppelganger Robert Mueller?
What next and who else will spring from Hatch’s Borg hive?
Ah yes … but only if the fates have damned us will it be another of Hatch’s Doppelgangers … Mitt Romney. And … it does look like the fates may soon damn us.
For those with doubting hearts, even from the most noxious and odious and 
dismembered heaps of “Road Kill” offal … regardless the stench … there can always be snippets of inestimable value to be rendered from it by the Buzzard … this steely eyed, throw back to J. Edgar Hoover days and former FBI Agent who is wont to wade in, slurp, snoop, and process the little tidbits and guts of the case that emerge from the roundup.
Let’s play, “Believe it or not!” If to be believed, please willingly suspend your disbelief and dive into a terrifying, in depth look at Romney. Mitt Romney made his fortune cleaning druglords’ cash Back in July, the Los Angeles Times – not VT, Infowars or Truth Jihad Radio – broke the story that Mitt Romney is a drug money launderer. How did we all miss this story? (Until John Hankey and then Gordon Duff picked it up.) Maybe it’s because the Times story never comes right out and says “drug money laundering.” It doesn’t have to. What the Times article does say translates directly and unambiguously as DRUG MONEY LAUNDERING, in caps, exclamation point. According to the Los Angeles Times, Romney’s company, Bain Capital, “paid out a stunning 173% in average annual returns over a decade.” “Stunning” is not the word. “Criminal” is more like it. Bernie Madoff was arrested and went to jail because he was paying 10% annual returns. That’s how it came to light that he was running a criminal enterprise. You just cannot possibly pay 10% returns consistently, year in and year out, with legitimate investments. Never happened, never will.
Ponzi schemes sometimes pay as high as 20% – and soon collapse, and the perps go to jail. But a 173% annual return is far beyond the range of the craziest, most short-lived ponzi scheme. Romney wasn’t running a ponzi scheme. He was running a drug money laundry. His clients, the Times explains, were shady characters from Panama. Here’s how it works:
- A DRUGLORD HANDS ROMNEY, A.K.A. BAIN CAPITAL, TEN MILLION DOLLARS IN CASH. ROMNEY PUTS IT ON HIS BOOKS AS A ONE MILLION DOLLAR INVESTMENT IN BAIN CAPITAL.
- AT 173% INTEREST, IT ONLY TAKES ROMNEY A FEW YEARS (OFFICIALLY) TO RETURN TEN MILLION LAUNDERED DOLLARS TO THE DRUGLORD.
- WHEN THE DRUGLORD IS ASKED WHERE HE GOT HIS TEN MILLION DOLLARS, HE EXPLAINS THAT HE MADE A LUCKY INVESTMENT WITH BAIN CAPITAL. AND HE HAS THE PAPERS TO PROVE IT.
Getting caught paying out an average 173% interest over ten years is like getting caught with a hundred pounds of cocaine. If you’re busted with a hundred pounds of cocaine, the presumption is that you’re dealing. If you’re caught paying 173% interest, the presumption is that you’re laundering drug money.
From the foregoing and our own experience … we do believe … but not all … but some … but certainly enough!
