Native Americans Were Sold Out (Again)

- Who? …“Disposable” Native Americans along with “gullible” Utahans.
- What? … “Deplorable” masks from China that don’t work.
- Why? … Goodfellas at the federal and state levels never let a crisis go to waste in their insatiable quest for more Power, Influence, and Control over us.
- Where? … Utah of course. Where else could both of these disposable and deplorable travesties be compounded and play out together?
- When? … reported by Judicial Watch on August 7, 2020.
- How? … on Earth are we letting this happen?
We’ve already reported masks that don’t work. In May’s “From Wuhan with Love!” we reported that Utah officials lied when they promised that all of the masks purchased by the state with federal dollars would be made in Utah. At least 500,000 masks were actually made in Communist China, the likely originators of COVID-19.
Well, looks like Native Americans are getting the same fraudulent “help” from government con artists. From a ProPublica expose,
“The Indian Health Service in May 2020 acknowledged that 1 million respirator masks it purchased from a former Trump White House official do not meet Food and Drug Administration standards for ‘use in healthcare settings by health care providers.'” The Indian Health Service awarded a $3 million contract for the masks to an 11-day-old company run by former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Zach Fuentes…
“On Wednesday, IHS told ProPublica the masks sold by Fuentes were made by four Chinese manufacturers ….”

Abysmal Track Record
Given the long history of abusive treatment Native Americans received, you’d think the Federal government would try to stay clear of giving them yet another obviously raw, fraudulent deal … for PR purposes if for no other reason.
Wrong! Apparently, not one manager in one office piped up to say the painfully obvious: “You know, guys, I’m all for sweetheart deals, but this particular one might kinda backfire if the public finds out about it.”
Sadly, not much has changed for the better in either the federal or state regimes. Lest we forget, here are a few instructive examples of how Native Americans fared through their interactions with early settlers.
Dispossession of property: The US was built on the seizure, and often outright theft, of Native American lands. - Disease: European and Asian diseases devastated entire tribes. When the Europeans arrived, carrying germs which thrived in dense, semi-urban populations, the indigenous people had never experienced smallpox, measles or flu, and those viruses tore through the continent, killing a large segment of their population.
- Drug and Alcohol addiction: 10% of Native Americans have a substance use disorder and 4% of have an illicit drug use disorder. They are more likely to report drug abuse in the past month (17.4%) or year (28.5%) than any other ethnic group. 7.1% have an alcohol use disorder, with nearly 25% of Native Americans report binge drinking in the past month.

Ole’ Buzzard’s note: One of my heroes, LDS Church’s cuss’n Apostle J. Golden Kimball, reportedly once announced to an assembly of women, “I don’t know about this here eternal marriage business. But it seems to me that if you can’t live with the sons-of-bitches on earth, the Lord won’t force you to remain with them in heaven.” So if it means going to hell for cuss’n, then Kimball and I’ll keep each other good company. Given such a horrible legacy, what kind of soulless sons-o-bitches would sell worthless masks to a people who have been historically infected, pillaged, plundered, and addicted? Why of course … the same kind who also put Communist Chinese masks on unsuspecting “disposable” Utahans and the same kind who “never let a crisis go to waste” here in Utah.
These corrupt quislings topped it all off by grifting the deal through a former White House Wonk. The tragic results include a false sense of security for people in immunosuppression from alcohol and drug addiction and who suffer from COVID-19-inspired isolation.
Even more sordid and sloppy, Utah’s immune depressed, native population has been used as a COVID Petri dish wherein their infection numbers are slyly mixed into “propaganda of the whole” so “Loosey-Goosey” “Chicken Little” Lt. Governor, Mask-dis-Spencer Cox and his sugar daddy “Available Jones” Governor Herbert and other SOBs can continue to hypocritically rant and rave over a MANdemic panic, inanely predicting the “Sky is Falling!” … while digging ever deeper into our pockets.
We’ve said it before in “So far, we’re still free to THINK!” in “Europeans Protest Lies & Liars,” in “Quarantine Queens & Hypocrites Ignore Real Pandemics,” in “Shutdown Bias Exposed,” in “Victory Over Covid Fearmongers,” in “The Subtleties of Slavery,” in “From Wuhan with Love!,” in “CDC: Compromised, Degraded & Corrupted Death Certificates,” and in its “Addendum.”
Crises on all fronts have been manufactured and/or compounded. Justice4All will continue to debunk and report the babblings and ramblings that otherwise go on unabated and unchallenged.
After the dust has settled, will America’s economy and social fabric lie in smoldering ruins? As the article, “Will the Politicians Admit Their Lockdown Mistake?” indicates, don’t hold your breath for any official to actually utter words like, “I’m sorry. We made some horrible mistakes.” Today’s politicians enjoy government immunity for lying and wholesale corruption … for now.

Still Waiting for the JCC…
We’re still waiting for the Judicial Conduct Commission (JCC) and Utah Supreme Court to decide our ethics complaint naming Utah Supreme Court “Associate Chief Justice” Thomas “Hoops” Lee. We allege Lee has brought himself, his office and the Utah Supreme Court into disrepute.
1. We filed this complaint by email on June 8, 2020, at approximately 1500 hours. The complaint was delivered via regular mail to the JCC on June 10, 2020, at 12:37 pm, Front Desk Reception Mail Room, Salt Lake City, UT 84115.
2. The JCC assigned Case #20-SUP-049 on June 22, 2020. See their letter here.
