We introduce herein a technology that would have, could have, and should have saved lives before, during and after the tragic weather phenomena that are perpetually at our Nation’s doorstep. 

Corrupt Utah Senator Orrin Hatch and the intervention of two of his many shameless bootlickers, Federal Judge Jill Parrish and her Magistrate Paul Warner, hijacked “Tempus Global Data,” a technology that could “see the weather before it happens.” Countless lives and properties could have been spared had they not “deep sixed” this scientific miracle of modern technology.

We paraphrase Winston Churchill with our own adjustments, “Those that fail to learn from history (mistakes made in the past) are doomed to repeat it (those mistakes).” Only an immersion into the tragic circumstances of the past, present, and future can serve to illuminate the miraculous potential of “Tempus Global Data.”  The immersion in tragic past, and present weather phenomena follows.   The future is up to us.

The men, women, and children in the Southeast quadrant of our Nation are drowned, drowning, treading water, rotting on their rooftops, stuck in the mud and muck, and dying deserted.  We predict that some are soon to be seen looting and murdering with ravenously random abandon just to stay alive as the bodies stack higher and higher around them.  A few, doing so on impulse or directed subliminally to comply, will act to satisfy personal, primeval instincts or respond to external orders to dominate and destroy the defenseless.

A serious potential for the man-made release of waterborne illnesses and plagues such as the re-emergence of Cholera, Typhoid Fever, Dysentery, Hepatitis A, Giardiasis, Cryptosporidiosis, Legionellosis (Legionnaires’ Disease), Polio, Campylobacteriosis, Salmonellosis, and devastating human to human diseases lay waiting in the wings.  What a Godsend for Gates and the evil COVID mass vaccinators who are seen already salivating and preparing to profit once again from our misery and enforced captivity.Enter once more the Deep State’s litmus “test of us” formulated as in the COVID MANDEMIC … formulated by the programed emergence of another “Mass Formation Psychosis.” We sense again an impending, masterful “Psyops” looming and lurking experimentally.

For example, why, pray tell, are stores once again running out of toilet paper?  In this simple but effective test of “us” by “them,” are we alert enough to comprehend and apprehend signals that a new MANDEMIC is planned and at the ready to be deployed once more for their plunder and profit? Is a programmed series of devastating hurricanes and plagues going to be the next trigger and entr’acte to our conscripted dance with the mavins of “Mass Formation Psychosis”?  

Compounding an insidious infestation of sinister agencies like the CIA into the geography of this matter, there was even the more wonton behavior and spectre of an aggregation of corrupt and conspiring officials such as: Conflicted Utah Senator “Opioid” Orrin Hatch; conflicted Utah Judge Jill Parrish; and conflicted Utah Magistrate Paul Warner. Herein we assign to them the responsibility and blame for the loss of many men, women, and children’s lives that could have been spared before, during and after the Helene Hurricane tragedy. 

Our story begins with a picture vividly depicting the following word salad that incorporates what we’ll be exposing in an imbedded back story and  report.  In short, Tempus Global Data technology that could have seen the weather before it happened was hijacked and shelved by corrupt individuals and facilitating agencies. 

Stop! The word salad above is clarified by the “Back” story HERE.  The back story explains “Control the Weather Control the World,” the CIA and Deep State nexus, the theft by the government of private proprietary technology, and much, much more in comprehensive detail. However, in order to be adequately informed and prepared for an immersion into “Deep State” hell HERE, one must first continue to read on through the following and then return for more.

In a nutshell, GeoMetWatch Corporation (GMW) and Utah State University prematurely tried to birth the “Storm” project technology that would “See the Weather before it happened.”

The project stalled.  Thankfully, a qualified entrepreneur picked it up and ran with it demonstrating and proving inestimable monetary and human resources value to all mankind.  The project then became known as Tempus Global Data.  

Tempus Global Data emerged from cash strapped GeoMet Watch’s ashes like a Phoenix … ready to start seeing the weather before it happened.

The Vision

Tempus Global Data envisioned a $50 Million National Headquarters Project and National Critical Technology Center for Ogden, Utah.  This center was to have housed an advanced weather, science, technology, operations, education, and research facility.  As an active weather center, it would collect and disburse critical, marketable, weather information to a variety of commercial and government subscribers, house a Disney like “World of Weather” designed to educate and entertain thousands of children and adults, and create significant numbers of jobs and economic enterprise for Utah and the Ogden area.

Furthermore, from a “SatNews” story we learn, “Research suggests there are some $90 billion in savings that our approach to weather data could help create. NOAA estimates that the value of weather information to the U.S. economy is $31.5 billion.”

So what is the technology and what is Tempus Global Data and how on … or how over … the Earth could it predict the weather before the weather happens?

In view of the current catastrophe, the “Tempus Global Data” video below couldn’t be more timely and informative as it explains in vivid, compelling detail and “clarity” why the loss of this technology to mankind is a tragedy compounded by the current weather phenomena disasters.

GeoMetWatch Corporation (GMW) observed this re-energized project and then after attempting to recoup their ownership position in the technology they sued Tempus Global Data and a number of affiliated others.

Yes, the Tempus Global Data project was summarily hijacked by litigation. It was ripped from the public domain where it had possessed the potential for saving countless lives and earning and saving hundreds of millions of dollars annually. Where once … “We saw the weather before there was weather!”… now there is nothing but devastation when severe weather phenomenon grow and go unheralded and unabated as in Helene. 

In the body of a civil complaint, GeoMetWatch Corporation (GMW) reported that the company GMW was endorsed by Utah Senator Orrin Hatch.  Compounding this potential conflict for Hatch, the matter was curiously assigned to and then adjudicated by Federal Judge Jill Parrish with assistance from her Magistrate Paul Warner.  Now, the plot thickens.  Both Judge Jill Parrish and her Magistrate Paul Warner were Hatch endorsed protegees and compulsive bootlickers. 

We suspect that by force of habit and typical Utah, lawyerly, convention, neither Parrish nor Warner gave more than a moment’s thought to “conflict.” Ignoring the professed ethics of their profession, they apparently found it bothersome and disadvantageous to remove themselves from the case.  After all, Utah’s legal system was spawned and nourished in the 2nd most corrupt State in the Nation.  The judges’ conduct was par for the typical Utah lawyerly course and not to be deterred. Their conduct in fact was facilitated by ignoring incremental degrees of “conflict” progressing to compromise and corruption.

Reacting to the foregoing, your writer flew to Denver, Colorado to personally file ethics complaints with the Federal 10th Circuit Court alleging that Parrish and Warner with impunity had violated standards of good conduct.  Their “…conflict of interest has been and continues to be prejudicial to the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts including a substantial and widespread lowering of public confidence in the courts among reasonable people.”

At the time, the Court’s Docket in this matter spanned 05/16/2014 to 10/26/2018 with ~794 entries. Like starving Maggots crawling in and out of a rotting carcass, Utah attorneys piled onto Tempus Global Data litigation and scavenged a cornucopia of billable hours.

As the Earth’s weather phenomena have since continued to rage, roar, and repeat themselves endlessly, countless lives could have been saved,  property prepared for and protected with Tempus Global Data watching over.  Yet NO!  The Deep State had conjured and implemented other plans.

A word search of the court’s docket revealed ~598 references to the words “seal” or “sealed.” When researched, the words “seal” or “sealed” connect to approximately ~100 documents that were noted “SEALED DOCUMENT.” We speculate that there were nearly ~100 sealed documents. 

What was so super secret as to be endlessly “sealed” in this matter?  Hang on.  Restart the following video and you’ll soon be better informed. 

The Federal courthouse was wallpapered with “secret” documents and motions from floor to ceiling and wall to wall. This lawsuit was “raw meat” to a ravenous Utah legal community who unfettered by an anchor to the truth gleefully gorged on the “secret” feeding frenzies surrounding this spurious and questionable litigation.

For a bit more about Federal Judge Jill Parrish who presided along with her Magistrate Paul Warner … two shameless “Opioid” Orrin Hatch bootlickers … we give our readers additional inside scoop.  Skuttlebut had it that Judge Parrish was overheard to have commented that GeoMet Watch should have been heard in Utah State Courts. Hmmm??? Why did she hang on to it from her federal throne? 

Parrish and Warner weren’t the only bootlickers. They along with a significant number of the judges on the Utah Federal Bench were endorsed by Senator Orrin Hatch and were indebted to him for their lofty stations. Can the reader imagine the defendants’ distress when upon reading the charges in the body of the complaint they discovered a U.S. Senator’s (Orrin Hatch’s) endorsement of the plaintiff … their opponent? To make matters even worse, they discovered that the judges sitting in judgement of them were endorsed by Hatch. As in a Star Chamber Court proceedings, the sadly  duped and deceived defendants faced judge, jury, and executioner without eventually any real hope for even a “whiff” of justice or equity. 

Well, recuse me! When a Judge Shouldn’t Hear a Case By Neil Goodman at Lawyers.com. “One of the key principles of the American judicial system is that the judge who presides over a case must be fair and impartial. In the vast majority of cases, the issue of the judge’s fairness and impartiality never comes up. There are instances, however, when one of the parties in a civil case has reason to believe that the judge cannot be fair and impartial. Sometimes the judge recognizes his or her own inability to maintain impartiality. In those situations, the judge will either recuse himself or the litigant will move to have the judge disqualified from presiding over the case.”

Both Parrish and Warner failed in their duty to exercise restraint, good sense and decorum by not recusing themselves after their first reading of the initial complaint wherein the plaintiff GeoMet Watch (GMW) reported GMW’s endorsement from Hatch. Even the slightest potential for bias and conflict of interest should have been formally noticed and dealt with immediately upon the Judges’ reading of the complaint. 

We “forecast” that history will in due time finally chronicle Hatch, Parrish, and Warner’s corruption and complicity in the  hijacking of Tempus Global Data … a technology that would have saved lives and see the weather before it happened.  Forever damned to bear the burden, if not in this life then bear it before a Higher Authority, Hatch, Parrish, and Warner will someday be held to account for the catastrophic loss of human life and property spinning off from Hurricane Helene and other weather phenomena past, present, and future.

“The Dimming” is a documentary that delves into the controversial topic of global climate engineering, also known as geoengineering. Finally, I as the writer of this report have enjoyed for nearly seven decades an extraordinary, personal and professional relationship with the weather. Flying in severe weather events from the Arctic’s North Pole regions to the islands of the Pacific and Asia goes way, way back to the 1950s.   

Included more intimately with the above, it was from 1958-61 that I logged over 3,000 flying hours in USAF 56th Weather Reconnaissance WB-50 Weather bombers. 

Our area of operations stretched from West of the International date line to all of the Pacific North of the Equator.  During typhoon season, we often staged out of Gaum to “recon” the storms’ breeding grounds staying on station to more quickly apprehend and track each storm.  We had no satellite help but relied on human reports of area weather disturbances, barometric pressure patterns, wind velocities and directions aloft, celestial navigation, and other resources that by current measures of weather detection technology would be considered primitive.

Our normal weather “tracks” took us North, South, and East from Yokota Air Force Base in Japan.  As an additional … at the time highly classified … duty, we would be tasked to fly Special Missions sometimes slipping into “interesting”  areas in order to sample thermonuclear fallout from tests that the Soviets were conducting in North Asia.  Our reports were the first warnings of the radioactive fallout that was speeding to the East born by the Jet Stream across the Pacific. We were the Buzzards … hence the “Nom de Plume” of “Ole’ Buzzard” that I enjoy owning and using. There was no satellite communication in those days.  We were the “eyes in the skies” and I was the Radio Operator who with “Dots” and “Dashes” sent my Morse Code reports so those on the islands of the seas, on the ground in Asia, and across the Pacific could be warned.

In my day, I have seen and been within a sometimes seemingly “otherworld grasp” of a variety of wild, hair raising weather phenomena.  From another aviator’s point of view after having “flown the weather” for years, “It’s like hours and hours of boredom interrupted by moments of stark terror.”

I have still in my mind and on my heart an “insider’s” view of the chaos and carnage wrought upon mankind by weather phenomena.

With reason, feeling, and intellect, I testify to all within my sphere of influence that I believe wholeheartedly what has been written and projected in the foregoing report and that which follows as the “Extra” section.  Yes, I believe with little or no room left for doubt.  I hope that the reader has learned from and been forewarned by this report.
