In addition to direct FBI actions and inactions that harm individual provisions, rights, and guarantees of the US Constitution, potent indirect effects exist that we will begin to reveal today.  Through various systemic mechanisms, the FBI Hydra lures and entices Local Law Enforcement Agencies (LLEAs) to follow same contra-constitutional policies, practices, and procedures. 

Within the embrace of the FBI Hydra are all of the other 3-letter federal agencies, as well as a potentially unmatched resource for good or mischief called the FBI National Academy, and its fraternal membership, the FBINAA.  The fine men and women of the FBINAA do not deserve the dark cloud of corruption that has descended on their patron organization … the FBI.  I have had the honor of working with many from within the FBINAA ranks and count them as friends.

The FBI National Academy is a professional course of study for U.S. and international law enforcement managers. The FBI National Academy is part of the FBI Academy, which is located in Quantico, Virginia. The FBI National Academy has graduated over 54,000 students since 1935 and has established a network of alumni through the FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA).

The FBINAA is a non-profit, international organization of senior law enforcement professionals who have graduated from the FBI National Academy. The FBINAA has over 14,000 members from more than 170 countries and has 44 chapters in the United States and 18 international chapters.

Given the terrifying tenor of our times, one can only let imagination run freely to envision the mischief that the FBI can achieve through the FBINAA and LLEAs. For the FBI, the opportunity to work at “arm’s length” and “deny” being involved in “certain” activities is endless.  FBI fawning doppelgangers and surrogates are spread across the Nation and around the World “at the ready” to do the Bureau’s bidding. 

Our purpose today is to bring into immediate focus the ripple effect that FBI conduct has on local law enforcement and the Constitutional Rule of Law.  Shortly following, we report how on August 9, 2023, 75-year-old, disabled Craig Roberston of Provo, Utah, died in a hail of FBI bullets.  The FBI’s clock stopped ticking for Craig … all designed, calculated, and authored to instill fear in Utah citizens.

Regarding the FBI’s criminal misconduct described below, ask yourself three questions:

1. Why does an agency with so much annual funding (~$11 BILLION) and available training seem so incapable of reasonable, necessary, lawful, and humane conduct?

2. Why does the FBI seem to selectively run out of time and rush forward in the most inhumane, violent fashion possible?

3. Why are criminals in “high places” treated with such kid gloves by comparison?

• • On September 15, 2023, three men caught up in FBI’s own criminally-sponsored plot were found NOT GUILTY of planning to kidnap Michigan Gov. Whitmer.  Even though the FBI’s clock stopped ticking for these three men, the Jury’s “Not Guilty” verdict gave them their lives back again.

• • On August 16, 2023, PTSD-stricken, 100%-disabled military veteran Theodore Deschler of Henderson, Tennessee, died in a hail of FBI bullets.  The FBI’s clock stopped ticking for Theodore.

• • On August 9, 2023, 75-year-old, disabled Craig Roberston of Provo, Utah, died in a hail of FBI bullets.  The FBI’s clock stopped ticking for Craig … all designed, calculated, and authored to instill fear in Utah citizens.
    

• • On February 28, 1993, ~76 Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas, including ~20 children and two pregnant women, died in the scorching, searing, heat of a conflagration started after the FBI inserted highly-flammable tear gas and a hail of FBI, ATF, and other bullets.  The FBI’s clock stopped ticking for all of them … all designed, calculated, and authored to instill fear in a Nation.

• • On August 21, 1992, Vicki Weaver of Ruby Ridge, Idaho, with baby Sammy in her arms, was executed by an FBI sniper.  The FBI’s clock stopped ticking for Vicki and her son Sammy.

• • On May 17, 1974, a wild gang of robbing, killing, Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) domestic terrorists died in the scorching, searing, heat of a conflagration started on the heels of the premeditated insertion of a highly flammable tear gas and a hail of FBI and Los Angeles Police Department bullets.  The SLA was holed up in a house and firing frantically at everyone outside.  The FBI’s clock stopped ticking for these admittedly crazy bastards, who should have been proven guilty and punished in a court of law.

Federal Regime Murders Dozens in Waco Massacre: A Dark Moment in US History. Was it Reasonable and Necessary to Incinerate Children?

The FBI’s “Rules of Engagement”
are to “Shoot and Incinerate.”

On February 28th, 1993, a convoy of vehicles showed up outside Mount Carmel, the compound of the Branch Davidian cult being run by the enigmatic leader David Koresh.  The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) was there to serve a warrant.  The ATF had planted an agent on the inside who had tipped the feds off that illegal guns were allegedly on the premise.  The ATF purportedly sought to locate the guns and arrest Koresh on weapons charges.

A reporter tipped off Koresh’s brother-in-law about the raid, and the cult was prepared.  When the ATF showed up a firefight broke out and four law enforcement officers and six cultists were killed.  The cult members allowed the ATF agents to retrieve their dead and wounded and retreat. 

The favor was not returned, as the ATF, FBI, and other agencies licked their wounds and plotted revenge, kicking off a series of events that gripped the nation and ended in an unprecedented tragedy.

The FBI took charge and laid siege to the compound for 51 days.  By the end of it, 76 people were dead, including pregnant women and children.  The end result shocked the nation and draws appropriate scrutiny to this day.

In January 1997, the Waco Siege movie “Rules of Engagement” won a News & Documentary Emmy Award for Outstanding Investigative Journalism and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature.  This documentary is found in our “Extra” section at the end of this series of FBI corruption compilations.  From this compiler (Wayne L. Wickizer, SAFBI 1970-76) and in a word, the FBI’s rules of engagement throughout this report have been and continue to be “Shoot and Incinerate.”

Ruby Ridge was the location of a violent 11-day standoff in remote Boundary County, Idaho, beginning on August 21, 1992. U.S. Marshals and federal agents faced off against Randy Weaver, his wife and five children, and his friend Kevin Harris.

The Ruby Ridge incident was the culmination of years of investigation into Weaver by local authorities, the FBI, the ATF, and the Secret Service.  It ended with the shooting deaths of a U.S. marshal, Weaver’s wife Vicki and their teenage son Samuel (Sammy).

1974 Symbionese Liberation Army’s Shootout with FBI & Police. Was it “Reasonable and Necessary” to Incinerate the Perps?

Hours long shootout with 400 cops ends badly.  There was a Waco common thread of fire and incineration associated with the use of CS Gas as an incendiary.  Law Enforcement deployed incendiary tear gas into the house.  This was a tactic used at Waco as well, we allege, to end the conflict quickly.  

The Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) was one of the most famous, or more accurately infamous’ radical groups to come out of the social chaos of late ‘60s and early ‘70s America. The Marxist, race-conscious group of terrorists were known to commit robberies and homicides and were a target of federal and local law enforcement.

By May of 1974 the SLA had moved their base of operations from the San Francisco area to Los Angeles.  On May 16, 1974 SLA members Bill and Emily Harris were shoplifting at a sporting goods store in LA when they were caught by a security guard. They engaged in a fight with the staff, who managed to disarm them.  Patty Hearst was waiting outside and saw the commotion. She started shooting into the store to help the Harris’ escape. The trio made off in a van.

The LAPD was able to track the van back to 1466 East 54th street by looking up past parking tickets.  Early in the morning of May 17th, 400 members of the LAPD, FBI, LA Sheriffs and California Highway Patrol surrounded the house.  They demanded that the occupants surrender, but only an old man and young girl came forth.  The girl stated that the house was full of heavily-armed people.

After repeated verbal warnings, the LAPD (FBI) fired tear gas into the house. The volley of gas was met with a fusillade of automatic gunfire from the SLA members inside.  A gun battle raged for almost two hours before fire broke out inside the building, probably from a tear gas canister.

Two terrified women ran from the house to surrender. They were not SLA members and had merely been partying at the residence.  They were arrested without incident.

The rest of the outlaws continued shooting at the cops.  As the fire consumed the house, two SLA members, Nancy Ling Perry and Camilla Hall came out shooting. They were almost immediately killed by the police. The four other SLA members inside either killed themselves or died of smoke inhalation.  In all it is estimated that there were almost 9,000 rounds fired during the standoff.

The Harris’ and Patty Hearst were not among the dead.  They were in a safe house in Anaheim watching the drama unfold on TV.  The backbone of the terrorist organization was broken, but members continued to carry on the ill-conceived fight through 1975 when most members were either dead or captured.

Wickizer SAFBI 1970-76, was standing near enough to another FBI agent in the foregoing FBI/SLA FUBAR shootout to have seen him deploy CS Gas into the home and hear (paraphrased) comments about how that should burn them out.  The specifics of the foregoing and names are dimmed or destroyed by nearly 50 years of overriding and obstructing events.

Kenneth Michael Trentadue Murdered by the FEDS while Imprisoned. Epstein’s Death Wasn’t The First Time The Feds Told An Unlikely Prisoner ‘Suicide’ Story.

Last January, Tucker Carlson featured a segment that challenged the theory that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. He was not alone. Many doubt the official narrative. What the doubters don’t realize is how the press used the cover-up of a 1995 brutal prison homicide to facilitate the cover-up of Epstein’s (very likely) homicide. 

On August 21, 1995, Kenneth Michael Trentadue was found dead in his allegedly suicide-proof cell at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City. Pieces of his skull were missing in three different places. There were deep bruises underneath his arms, including bruises shaped like a person’s fingertips running along his biceps. His knuckles were deeply bruised and swollen.

According to the government, Trentadue’s appalling injuries resulted from his hanging himself in that “suicide-proof” cell during a 24-minute interval between bed checks. The FBI and the DOJ successfully made their suicide fantasy the accepted narrative about Trentadue’s death.

The video above could have been used upfront and as a “primer” for this entire compilation.  Certainly before consigning Hoover and the FBI perpetually to the deserved hell of their sordid histories, it would be only fair to reflect on Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar: “The evil that men do lives after them; The good is oft interred with their bones.”

It would be a travesty to ignore or forget the legitimate law enforcement efforts accomplished by thousands of FBI men and women who honestly attempted to serve the Nation over several generations.  Unfortunately, any former decency is now a hollow mockery.  Camelot came and went and the Kennedys were in there somewhere.

The FBI’s motto was “Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity.”
