Will 500,000 Communist Chinese Masks bring COVID-2020 to Utah?

Surprise! According to “Business Insider” and Cotopaxi CX Guide (aka “COVAXI”?), at least 500,000 face masks Herbert bought for Utah are produced in… Communist China!
That’s right! The same evil regime that exported COVID-19 to the United States, lied about what it was, lied about where it came from, and lied about what was happening, is now making your facemasks. Gary “Available Jones” Herbert and his soft sidekick, “Loosey Goosey” Lt. Gov. Spencer Cox, have launched another ASSAULT on your dignity, integrity and potentially your health.
Spin the Wheel of Misfortune, because everyone relying on those masks will enjoy the possibility of at least a one-in-four chance of contracting a raging case of COVID-2020. Who knows what the Butchers of Beijing might do to these masks? Of course they’ll only be given to “non-essential” Utahns so who cares, right?
The Deadly Bottom Line
The Chinese people are slaves to the most diabolically-evil empire in human history. The Chinese Communist regime has murdered ~76,702,000 of its own citizens … and could care less about YOU. Most recently, ~100,000,000 political dissidents, including those of the peaceful Falun Gong faith, have been imprisoned and tortured in concentration camps. Many murdered victims had their organs forcibly removed and “harvested”.
The Chinese regime, with help from agents among our own people, has infected the World with COVID-19, and, worse, injected it with the political disease of world communism.
Rather than resist the Chinese Communists, Utah’s Goodfellas have been willingly engaged in the art of Elegant Bribery or “Guanxi.” In 2002, for example, our Goodfellas squashed a resolution in support of the Falun Gong people because it interfered with Utah’s Olympics PR and profits. To this day, they fall all over themselves pandering to an Enemy Ideology that must be destroyed.
The purchase of 500,000 facemasks from the manufacturing city of Tianjin, controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, is an example of our Goodfellas’ unconscionable corruption, insensitivity and stupidity.

Hey [Identity Protected], Thanks so much for reaching out! The masks are designed in SLC, Utah and produced in Tianjin, China. As for color options for this program, there will be 4 colors, all neutral. As for the materials the shell is 80% polyester/20% cotton, the liner is 100% polyester. The mask is machine washable, and supports tumble dry with heat, which makes them reusable.

What is Cotopaxi’s connection to Communist China? According to their website, the factory is in Tianjin and the owner is George Huan (or Huang).
Fraud, Deceit & Subterfuge
Demonstrating again why Utah is the fraud capital of the United States, Utah’s corrupt Goodfella’s went into “pay-to-play” overdrive to boost profits and political returns by exploiting the Coronavirus fiasco. Our Goodfellas will do anything for money.
First, they saturated the public with blatant falsehoods about where the masks are coming from. Gary “Available Jones” Herbert started the lies rolling in his April 28, 2020 announcement:
“The federal CARES Act provided funding for the masks. The Utah Manufacturers Association has coordinated with manufacturers throughout the state to produce 1.5 million masks, and Cotopaxi will provide 500,000 masks. All masks will be made in Utah.”
Herbert’s soft sidekick, “Loosey Goosey” Lt. Gov. Spencer Cox, repeated the lies in the press briefing that same day:
“The program is designed to get a mask into the hands of everyone, especially those who do not have access to them,” Cox said. “They are being made by Utah manufacturing companies. This is a one-time program to create two million masks.” [bold added]
On Wed, April 29, 2020, Alicia Lee of CNN regurgitated Herbert’s promises:
“The state of Utah will provide a free face mask to any resident who requests one…
“With funding provided by the federal CARES Act, the state was able to buy two million face masks from the Utah Manufacturers Association and Cotopaxi, a Utah-based outdoor retailer. The masks, which will all be made in Utah, are keeping 200 Utahns employed as well, according to a news release.” [bold and bold red added]
And from the Business Insider, “Utah announces plan to mail free face masks to residents who don’t already have them,” by Jessica Snouwaert, April 29, 2020:
“Using funding provided by the CARES act, Utah bought 2 million masks from Utah Manufacturers Association and Cotopaxi. Utah Manufacturers Association is working with manufacturers around the state to produce 1.5 million masks and Cotopaxi will make 500,000 masks. All of the masks will be made in Utah, keeping 200 workers employed in order to manufacture the masks. The governor’s announcement discouraged people who already own masks to request a shipment for themselves or for others.” [bold and bold red added]
Once their Country of Origin lies were exposed, however, agents of Utah’s Goodfellas began an old song-and-dance routine that is so customary, it has become a perverse part of Utah’s decadent culture and economic totalitarian state of affairs. Below are some of our interactions….

Below is an email thread from Jenny Johnson who is listed as “MPH, CHES | Public Information Officer Utah Department of Health (o) 801-538-9416 (c) 385-290-7826 On-call PIO (801) 209-2591″ … a person to contact regarding COVID-19. Jenny referred me to,
“You can give Ben Hart a call to ask these questions. His number is 801-649-9041. He is the deputy director of the Governor’s Office on Economic Development or GOED. GOED is the agency leading the efforts on the mask project.”

Here is the Ole’ Buzzard’s initial call to GOED’s Ben Hart on May 5, 2020. It was picked up by an answering machine. The message pointedly disclosed our intent to “go to press” with the story.
And here is GOED Ben Hart’s reply to Ole’ Buzzard later on May 5, 2020. Enjoy listening to the “Merry-go-Round” of deflections that Ben is so practiced and expert at delivering while doing a Waffling, Wobbling, Dancing, Dissembling, “Rope-a-Doping” around the truth and facts.
Hart confirms the Cotopaxi masks are NOT being manufactured in the United States. He calls that a “miscommunication”! And then follows it up with:
“The good news is they are charging us quite a bit less than what Utah Manufacturers Association is charging us.”
“Good news” for whom? Could the lower cost have anything to do with awful labor conditions in China, to include systemic labor extortion? Or the unfair propensity of the Communist Chinese regime to subsidize businesses it has a strategic interest in? Cotopaxi Foundation, for example, is quite invested in Utah governmental operations.
The Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), which Hart leads, has already been exposed for cooking the books for tens-of-millions of dollars in mysterious expenditures. Employees like Hart are not paid to protect your interests, but to safeguard the investments of Utah’s Goodfellas who helped make Communist China a powerhouse in Utah, America, and the world.
