We pray for those responsible police on our streets who “MATTER” to all of us as they are faced daily with almost insurmountable odds … challenged to hold to and personally enforce the Rule of Law professionally, passionately, proactively and protectively.
In contrast with the above, far too often the upper echelons of Political and Criminal Justice leadership have failed us. Federal senior leadership’s sordid record and sad demise in recent decades is real evidence of such failure.

“The lawsuit names 18 current and former state administrators and the state of Utah as defendants. It alleges False Claims Act violations, common law fraud, payment under mistake of fact, unjust enrichment, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract and breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Among the defendants are corrections executive director Mike Haddon, Utah Highway Patrol Col. Mike Rapich and former criminal and juvenile justice commission director Ron Gordon, who now works as Gov. Gary Herbert’s general counsel.”
The moral and ethical dynamic so critical to Political and Criminal Justice leadership has gone AWOL in Utah. The Governor, the Utah Attorney General and now upper echelon Criminal Justice leaders have failed us. Top down “Leadership by Example” has disintegrated and devolved. For certain, the Ole’ Buzzard will be on the forefront of digging the data about these failures out of the weeds and reporting it in our Justice4All blog.
In the meantime, we do NOT nor will NOT kneel for anyone but a Supreme Being. Those self serving, elected representatives and “wannabe” leaders who do so for notoriety and publicity are charlatans, parasites and political prostitutes.
We embrace and encourage protest at the Ole’ Buzzard’s Blog. We thrive on identifying, reporting and protesting, inequality and hypocrisy. However, our protests have no nexus to or anything to do with the lawlessness, rioting and destruction projected on us by insatiably greedy oligarchs working in concert with leftist, Communist anarchists bent on the division of our people and the destruction of our Nation.
All-the-while, we are waiting for the Utah Supreme Court to decide our ethics complaint naming Utah Supreme Court Associate Chief Justice Thomas R. Lee (Click Here). Lee, we allege, has brought himself, his office and the Supreme Court of The State of Utah into disrepute.
